Good news! Your CUT4MEN products can now be delivered to the United States with all taxes and customs duties included — no unexpected charges upon delivery. The delivery time may be slightly longer, but rest assured: your order is on its way!
Our U.S. delivery service ensures a smooth, worry-free experience delivered straight to your door, so you can order your favorite CUT4MEN items with peace of mind.
Free shipping on all orders above 200 USD.
Shipping fee of 24.80 USD for all orders below 200 USD.
Estimated delivery time: 7 to 10 business days (slightly longer during promotional periods).
Shipping
Items will be delivered to the address provided by the customer on the order form.
Shipped in a neutral box or envelope. Discreet packaging — no mention of contents or brand.
The delivery time indicated when the order is placed is for reference only and should not be considered a guarantee. Consequently, reasonable delays in delivery do not entitle the customer to claim damages or cancel the order.
Transport risk is entirely the customer's responsibility. If items are missing or damaged during transport, the customer must note any necessary reservations on the delivery slip upon receipt. These reservations must be confirmed in writing within five days of delivery, by registered letter.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
JOE SNYDER EUROPE is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
JOE SNYDER EUROPE is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim.
